Bertrand Vannier, Chief Financial Officer
Bertrand Vannier is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences-Po) and holds a degree in finance from the University of California, Berkeley. He has 15 years of experience in auditing and corporate finance. He began his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young before joining Vivendi Group as a financial controller. Then, as a consultant with FF&T Equity, Avenir Finance Group, Paris, he conducted several IPOs on NYSE Euronext for high tech companies. Prior to joining Cytheris he was CFO of Unither Pharmaceuticals, a French contract manufacturer, where his work focused on LBO financings and acquisitions.
